Kelona reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

All prices are displayed in AED and include applicable UAE taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or damaged after delivery unless required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
